Michele Vincenti, MBA, M.A (HOS), CIM, FCSI, STI, CFP, CMC, F.CIM

Michele is the founder and president of Alvana Business Consulting Inc. (Alvana).  Alvana is an international management consultant firm specializing in helping organizations reach their corporate goals by operating more effectively.

Michele has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, both as a consultant and as an executive in financial institutions.  Also, Michele has experience in strategic business planning with a focus on international development.  Past industry experience includes the natural resources and forestry sectors.  Prior to Alvana he was the owner and operator of a large insurance agency in Italy.  In addition, Michele was the manager of the Wealth Management Division for a Canadian C5redit Union.

He is a partner and VP, Finance for Quantum Global Financial Corp (QGF).  QGF provides financial expertise to clients by delivering high quality services and outstanding investment returns to date.  QGF considers itself a leader in the futures, commodity and currency markets.  The company’s proprietary and forecasting models have yielded high performance on a risk-adjusted basis.

Additionally, Michele is the President and CEO for Holon Financial Limited (Holon) in London, United Kingdom.  Holon provides financial advice to financial institutions and corporations in Europe.

Michele is considered particularly skilled in managing relationships and helping companies during the difficult challenges of change.  He is a strong and enthusiastic motivator, and he works with a high level of integrity with his clients.

Michele believes in the holistic approach, where business solutions are achieved with a mixed approach that includes the study/understanding of processes, economics and people (50%).  ”It is, in essence, a learning organization that supports the strategic goals and objectives of the organization,” says Michele.  He believes in creating and sustaining environments necessary to promote the creation and sharing of knowledge.

Career Highlights 

Michele has worked with private and public corporations.  His most recent accomplishments include: a successful completion of a strategic business plan for a consortium of natural resources consultants, and government agencies and university departments focused on promoting Canadian knowledge and skills internationally.

In accompaniment of Michele’s extensive industry experience, he also has a strong educational background including: an MBA in Executive Management at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada, and M.A. in Human Organizational Systems (HOS) from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, USA.  Additionally, he holds the following designations: Certified Investment Manager (CIM), Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Trusts Specialist (STI), Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Management (F.CIM) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).  Michele also holds the “E-Learning Facilitator” and the “Instructional Skills Workshop Plus” (ISW+) certificates from Royal Roads University.  Currently, Michele is enrolled in his PhD – Human and Organizational Systems with Fielding University in Santa Barbara, California USA.

Moreover, Michele is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC) and he is one of the directors of the Fellow Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) National Council.  Michele’s mother tongue is Italian, and he speaks basic Spanish and French.
