I have known Michele professionally and personally for about six years during which time we have worked together at Royal Roads University teaching their mid-career MBA courses in Management Consulting. This is one of the most challenging courses for an instructor to teach.
In the last year of the program, MBA learners undertake a “real life” 300+-hour management consulting project with a client. I have advised over 20 learners through this challenging process working with Michele, who co-ordinated the program for Royal Roads. I have also worked with Michele for two years on the Executive Committee of the Victoria Chapter of the BC Institute of Certified Management Consultants.
Throughout this period I have grown to greatly respect Michele’s outstanding competence, reliability, professionalism, patience, ability and geniality. He brings great credit to his chosen profession.
